Well , i tried using mirc but when i installed it nothing happened it says failed to connect?
To those who is expert on this please help me.
If possible give be a detailed guide so that a noob like me could understand.

This is the guide i used to learn XDCC, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

As you may be aware animetake does not have XDCC bot's to download anime, you need to go directly to the fansub and download it.

Lets say you go to UTW website go directly were it says XDCC in the top and you will be redirected to a packlist, this is were all the anime available in XDCC is. Choose an anime and then click any episode, you will be given a long code like for example:

I choose B gata H kei and press on episode one in 1080p SECOND ROW, when i press it i get: /msg [UTW]Belle xdcc send #367 <----- with this code i go to mIRC and enter the UTW chatroom

How can you enter the chatroom? well the easy method is to go UTW's website again and press on the tab that says IRC just next to XDCC and then press were it says:You can also access #UTW directly with your usual IRC client by clicking here or connecting to irc.rizon.net and joining #UTW, this will open a box that will ask to open mIRC and you will be directed to UTW chatroom, SAVE IT AS A FAVORITE so that next time you enter you dont have to use the same steps.

NOTE YOU GOTTA MAKE A USERNAME. lol

BTW, IRC will only download stuff autorized by the user, this will evade an attacker from sending you .exe files that can autorun on windows(viruses). You will need to enable what to download in this case .MKV and/or .MP4 files.

Go to tools-options-DCC-ignore and write on the box *.mkv and then press add and then *.mp4 and then press add, go up were it says folder and choose your folder to donwload. Other stuff to remember, when you join the chatroom you can clearly see that the opening welcoming usually painted in black colors or many colors will give you the website for the packlist to download your stuff like: WELCOME TO UTW, remember you can find the packlist of XDCC at: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] whatever....

In the chat box were you can say hello to everyone enter the code UTW gave you on the XDCC packlist in this case: /msg [UTW]Belle xdcc send #367 <----- the numer 367 is the number of that anime you are downloading, this will change with time, in just a week 367 could be another thing so hurry and download your stuff, some people might leave them forever by just changin the code like this: /msg [UTW]Belle(NEWWORD) xdcc send #367 <--- WHAT'S MARKED IN RED CAN BE CHANGED AND LEAVE THE 367 AS IT IS.

Now when you press enter 2 things can occur, you might get in a queue of about a few minutes or get full speed and full response from the beggining press ok and download.

Last note:
Not all fansubs have XDCC bots, so you gotta understand that, they might have chatrooms like IRC on the same website or the client(mIRC) but no XDCC, in my case i know some that do have:

Kira fansubs
Doki fansubs
UTW fansubs
Commie fansubs
Hiryuu fansubs
etc

I guess you wana connect to the server, first off go to the file menu -recent servers-new server window. Then type this in there /server irc.rizon.net, once connected type this "/j channel name" eg. "/j animetake" and you're good to go. the previous post gets into the detailed stuff, so read it carefully, grabbing stuff from xdcc's quite simple, you just gotta remember the pack name and command format, some start with /msg others /ctcp anyways good luck.

1. Run mIRC and make sure it's exempted from your firewall rules if you have it enabled.

2. Choose a nickname in the Options dialogue that pops up (if it doesn't, press Alt+O or go to Tools -> Options). Fill in the "Real Name" And "Email" tabs with whatever you want under "Connect" category.

3. Scroll down the category list, go to DCC -> Ignore -> Change the "Method" to "Disabled" and un-check the "Turn ignore back on in:" box.

4. Now press OK to proceed to status window. Once there, type "/connect irc.rizon.net" (without quotes). Once connected, go to #NEWS by typing "/join #NEWS" (again, without quotes).

5. Viola. Now you're in XDCC heaven. You will find every single anime release there, starting from new to old. But you need to be registered to use bots there. It requires a few mins.

6. Go back to the status screen (the one of the very left; the first one) and type "/msg NickServ help REGISTER" (without quotes) and follow the instructions.

7. Once registered, identify yourself by typing "/ns IDENTIFY yourpasswordhere" (without quotes. You will make a password when you register).

8. Now go back to #NEWS and type "@find episodenamehere". For example; If you're looking for [SFW-sage]_Bakuman_S2_-_18_[720p][Hi10P][58386C8F].mkv, type @find 58386C8F. You can also type in the entire name if you want to be hipster. You will see msgs from bots with instructions on how to download the files. Follow them and proceed to next step.

9. Enjoy.

I managed to do as u instructed.
However i cant connect to rizon.
It says '' * Connecting to irc.rizon.net (7000)

Do u know anyway to resolve this problem?

Is it a firewall issue? as in you need to open port 7000 for mirc?

If you're using firefox, you can also get the addon chatzilla. Then all you have to do is click on the irc link to open that connection. Using the UTW example, on their xdcc page, under the word "Packlist" there's the link "#[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" that you can click on.

Did you uninstalled and install again mIRC? this is pretty odd .

Yeah i already unisntall and reinstall but the problem is still there.

*Most of the servers available i can go in but rizon ... never. not even once.


Q: Does rizon banning any country?

Maybe my ip was banned.

If you were banned, you'd at least get connected to the server and then get a K-line msg from it.

Try connecting through a different port. Try all of these ports and servers one by one:

/server irc.rizon.net:6666
/server irc.rizon.net:6667
/server irc.rizon.net:6661
/server irc.sxci.net:6661
