Well if you want to watch downloaded anime then the Samsung galaxy 2 is the phone to get. It has hella codecs already installed that enables it to play 1080p mkv files flawlessly and a SAMOLED+ screen so the colors are jaw dropping.

It depends on your budget and needs for what type of smartphone you want. I went with the Android Bionic a few weeks back which was 199.99(came out to 275ish when everything was all said and done). It's also a 4G phone too I wouldn't recommend anything lower

I couldn't afford the Galaxy or Razor the 300 dollar ones so I settled for what I have which I am perfectly happy with.(Remember these are the prices with an upgrade, if it was regular retail price I would of been crying).

IPhones are good it's just that you are stuck with whatever the amount of memory that's on it with an Android you can swap out cards if you run out of memory.

My budgets are my least problem here so buying either one of them won't be a problem. Also, I want to try something different so that's why I'm leaning more into S2/Nexus.

i think the Nokia N9 will do the job. I like Nokia products, i never had any problems with nokia phones yet.

I wasn't stupid enough to buy an iphone. i went straight to android since a lot of the functions and apps that apple loves to gloat about were already done by android years before apple. I just moved to a city with better coverage and am currently running with a Motorola Droid Razor with 4G LTE and I'm loving it. Has a good battery life too.

If you're in it for the features go for a HTC, i believe they have the highest specs in smartphones.

If you're in it for the luxury, go for the iphone 4, it has the touchscreen is simply amazing to the touch o.0
