*thinks*

Pardon, I don't have the 'patient' in front of me, so I am theorizing here:

1) Could it simply be that for that mkv no change of audio or subs was available? The subs (if any) could have been hardcoded in. Hell, I'm just assuming that that isn't a raw.

2) With MPC sometimes if you try to change the language too soon after opening the file, you get the audio and subtitle selection grayed out like that. Simply trying again a few seconds later usually gets around the problem. In these cases it's a loading issue against the backdrop of how fast your computer can load the file - so the age of your computer could be a factor here for the case I just described.

You did say 'change the audio or sub in any file'....just not sure what your operational definition of 'any file' is in this case.

So if my first two suggestions do not help, perhaps you could also tell us:
1) Has MPC been working for your previously?
2) If the above is true, do you know what changed?
3) Are you able to to change the audio and subtitles (for the same file) on another player? (like VLC?)

Good use of the pic though. (love the ole print screen command)

A general fix: uninstall then re-install.

Q: How can I switch to a different subtitle language in MP4, MKV and OGM files?
A: You should see a white icon in your system tray (right-bottom of your screen). That is Haali Media Splitter. Right-click on that icon to switch between the available subtitles that are embedded in the file.

adding
- try to clean your registry before you install again
in case the problem stuck at the registry
- use simple install (optional, if you don't know how to use advanced)
- mark the "reset the configuration to default

every time my mpc hc (k lite codec pack) error, this way solve my problem....

Well, It would be faster and easier for me to try and fix it for you or find out what's wrong through teamviewer but since were not here are some easy resolutions you can try :

- Re-Installment
1. Uninstall MPC & Codec packs COMPLETELY .
2. Install the latest CCCP(Or K-lite if you rather use that).
3. During the installation make sure you install their version of MPC as well.

That's really the only solution I can think of..
If that doesn't work it can be possible that your opening your video files with a different MPC that isn't associated with your codec packs.

Exiled Destiny releases stuff in Dual Audio, so I'm assuming the option for changing audio and subtitles should be there. Do what everyone here already recommended, it should fix your problem.
