Default Problem with Jetaudio - 08-11-2011, 02:36 PM

Hello, i have a few trouble here and really hoping someone could give me a help

I usually play all my .mkv files in Jetaudio and i had no trouble at all until suddenly something's going wrong with the player. The substitle is getting really big and i couldn't do anything to fix that, and even after i try to set it, it won't changed at all. Like this

What is wrong with my Jetaudio? How should i fix this?

Thanks for your help

Pretty sure there should be a option to change the size somewhere in the options sectino of the player. I , Myself don't use that player but I did some researching and the recent patch for that player added a feature to change the font size .

I already tried the option to set the font subtitle, but still it's no use and the subtitle won't change at all... What's wrong with this??

Try re-installing the program or switch programs over to VLC or K-Lite

try to decrease the subtitle size by using hotkeys > by holding ALT and then pressing the "down" arrow in your keyboard (while in the video window) try this before anything else.

A question: Does this error also occur when you play Anime episodes that you had once played in the past with no problem of resizing the subs ?
---------

P.s: Jet Audio is great for playing audio tracks but a very bad choice for playing video. Its output is mostly a VMR-7 which lowers the quality more than any other VMR-7 Outputting application... Not to mention that we're in the era of EVR output (for windows 7/Vista).

EDIT

btw OtakuDao VLC is even worse than Jet Audio when it comes to marring the video quality . Other aps can give better quality no matter how weak one'c PC might be

LOL, Well VLC is really easy to use for me & I know its really glitch at times & all but I live with it. Only thing I complain about VLC is ordered chapters but Im pretty sure K-lite doesn't support that either

many people prefer Windows XP & you're probably one of them my friend. VlC is a good choice for XP, so cheers for VLC Click the image to open in full size. if you're comfortable with it then that's the most important thing IMO - just keep in mind that other stuff might do better than VLC, & I'm not talking about K-lite cuz it can be very slow sometimes

I don't rely on ordered chapters myself, but K-lite does support ordered chapters. You just have to make minor tweaks when installing Haali Media Splitter & then choose it for your output, again its output is second to none especially when it comes to colors & quality , BUT unless my old PC was a zombie then Haali needs a fine CPU to play the vids of these days
