Converting ANY(?) softsub (like .sub/.idx to .ass, for example) -

Hello,
just for anyone who is interested:
I always had a hard time converting .sub/.idx subtitle files to .ass with SubResynch (for my current project "Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple"), until I just found this nice little program: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
It reads and writes a wide array of sub formats and requires almost no manual input at all, as opposed to SubResynch, where I have to input like, i don't know, 100 characters per 20some minute subtitle file!
Open the program, load the subtitle file, run "OCR", and then "save as" .ass (for example). With .ass, Aegisub will show an error when opening, saying "wrong extension" but the file WILL load and after you saved it once with Aegisub, the error won't show again.
