Sure.
There was a problem with the modem I've been using, after I heard that it coulb be an Internet connection problem I called the company which provided the service, and there was an actual malfunction on the equipment. So they sent some assistance. That was all, but there's a lesson to be learned, if you're having problems with a service you should contct those who provide it rather than trying to find your own solutions, cause you may find out it's there fault after all.

You got some decent support there, I've stopped phoning ISP's for technical problems because I got tired of being told to reboot my computer, reset the modem, or best still use another computer. This got extremely irratating when My cable Modem wasn't working as sparks came out from the back when I turned it on, and technical support asked me if i'd rebooted my computer to see if that resolved the issue, because you know rebooting magically solves everything including fire hazardous electrical appliances.
