Default Fileserve upload - 06-20-2011, 04:24 PM

Hello

I'm experiencing some difficulties with the upload on Fileserve.

A message keeps appearing "Unsuccess File Upload Failed! Please try again."
I've already tried using Firefox and IE8.
Does anyone knows what this might be? Is it usual or perhaps an Internet connection problem?

Thank You.

Try chrome? But most probably it's either your ISP limiting you or Fileserve is having issues again.

How long has it been affecting you?

Sorry for the delay, been away from the pc.

I only tried yesterday and today, first time using fileserve.

The weirdest thing is that I can upload a small file, like 25mb, but if it's bigger I got that problem.

If it's an Internet connection problem the only way to solve it is by contracting another service or is there another way?

Thanks

Maybe try fileserve tools
Code:
http://fileserve.com/tools.php
if these programs have resume broken upload it may solve your issue.

Problem Solved

Thanks for your help, I really appreciated it.

It was an Internet connection problem, but the ISP was able to help.

Thanks again.

Sure.

There was a problem with the modem I've been using, after I heard that it coulb be an Internet connection problem I called the company which provided the service, and there was an actual malfunction on the equipment. So they sent some assistance.

That was all, but there's a lesson to be learned, if you're having problems with a service you should contct those who provide it rather than trying to find your own solutions, cause you may find out it's there fault after all.

You got some decent support there, I've stopped phoning ISP's for technical problems because I got tired of being told to reboot my computer, reset the modem, or best still use another computer. This got extremely irratating when My cable Modem wasn't working as sparks came out from the back when I turned it on, and technical support asked me if i'd rebooted my computer to see if that resolved the issue, because you know rebooting magically solves everything including fire hazardous electrical appliances.
