Unable to access the site

Hello. I am currently using a proxy server to access the site. I am unable to access it the regular way. I keep getting server not found. This is what I see when I try to access the regular way:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I also already flushed my dns.

Please help! Thanks!

I was getting this last week, it would let me on one page after refreshing it like 4million times then just go to page cannot be found. I think it was due to site being maintained.
