Where should I post Re-Encode Requests?

Would it be okay to post re-encode requests in the normal requests subforum?

Like asking for a 400p XviD AVI or 480p H.264 MKV re-encode of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], etc.

Well you guys are "happy triggered" when it comes to punishing people, so I thought it would be smart to ask first before I went and made such a request.
