"Anime download" on the homepage?

I was wondering, what's with the "Anime Download" links on the homepage - right sidebar?

It links to downloadanime.tv; is that a new site from Naga or something? I was slightly curious as there hasn't been an announcement yet

And since the site was down yesterday and today *What was up with that??* I am unable to view AT again unless through a proxy...can't remember how I fixed this last time, ugh...

Might be abit offtopic but try this DNS instead of proxy, it works for me:

208.67.220.220
