Default "You must register to see this..." - 07-27-2009, 09:57 PM
We definitely need one of those spoiler tags that are only openable if you're registered on the forum. I created a thread for a chat/gaming room on Hamachi for people on AnimeTake, and only two people from the actual forum joined the channel, all the rest aren't. I'd love to see an 'you must register to see this" spoiler tag somewhere.

It's kinda annoying, and it would kill lurkers who only want to take and don't even bother doing anything more forum-wise. I think it's a good idea.

definitely this function would be great. however they might just register and not even posting anything. wouldn't that be a problem too?

You'd actually be suprised how much of a deterrent it actually is. And if the lurkers actually bother to create an acc, they don't bother spamming.
