Hi!
I wonder if you could have the release day (day of the week, e.g- Monday, Wednesday, etc) mentioned on the Episode page so that people know what day that particular anime is available for downloads?? After the Earthquake disaster occurred in Japan, i noticed that some of the episodes had different release dates. Displaying the day the episodes are released may help people know if the day had been changed. For e.g - Fairy Tail which at the beginning was available for downloads on Mondays is now available for download on Saturdays. While most people are aware of the change in release dates in advance, others may not. Showing the release day may help people know in advance if the day had been changed. I hope my suggestion is good. Thanks!! |

Just because there's a set release day doesn't mean it will be available that day. For the most part it works with anything Crunchyroll does since Horriblesubs and similar rip it immediately, but even they do not always release "on time". Anything outside Crunchyroll is whenever a given fansub group releases their episodes. My point is it would be unreliable.

I support the idea of adding some sort of schedule, maybe on the sidebar showing when each anime airs. I understand the subtitles won't necessarily be released the same day the anime airs, but it's nice to have an idea of when to expect the next episode.

I thought the reason people used this site was that they didn't have to keep track of when animu was released...
There was something like that almost implemented by Naga but it doesn't seem to work anymore, I'll see if I can get someone to fix it. |

There is no 'release day' for 'when it can be downloaded' because there is no set-in-stone schedule for subs, ripped or otherwise. Thus, most people run by the approximation that episodes will be released within the 12-24 hrs of their air time, which can be given a definitive calendar... As for 'when is shit released?', there's the RSS Feed for posted episodes... Air times on the other hand, will tell you 'it will be released sometime after now...' http://animecalendar.net/ http://www.mahou.org/Showtime/ More detailed, moonruned schedule: http://cal.syoboi.jp/ HorribleSubs' site for simulcast/rip schedule... |

![]() Well, I don't think you mean the original releases but the subbed, no one knows for some sub groups but most of them have a standard time, well, I use the calender of Crunchyr***. Then I know the latest change. The episodes jumped a lot after the earthquake (but this is off course only for the horrible(subs) releases). |
