Playoffs they both killed it, except Jordan murdered it as oppose to Lebron.

^ Actually, I'll be surprised if the Lakers could beat the Knicks. Oh well, they were trailing by 26 points at one stage, so at least in the end they were able to close up the gap a bit.

The Wizards are up next. As badly as the Lakers have been playing, they should still be able to win this game. But then again, the Wizards have beaten the Heat once, so let's just see what will happen.

^ The Hawks only had 58 points in this game. And if I'm not mistaken, at one point they could only score 2 points in 13 minutes. That's just terrible! But yeah, it's good to see the Bulls is doing okay without Rose.

I believe the entire 2nd quarter they scored 5 points haha. They got shut down on every end with a horrid shooting percentage.

What are your thoughts on the all star and its reserves? I personally think Noah should start over KG. Oh, and I'm putting my money on the west this year

I think Noah should start and Brook Lopez needs to be on the bench. Maybe the coaches weren't too happy with Avery Johnson's sacking and decided to snub the Nets?

I also think the West is a better team. It's unfortunate that Steph Curry misses out, but then again they already have Paul, Westbrook and Parker.

Steph Curry might have his chance now that Rondo is out with a torn ACL Poor guy.

Shouldn't Rondo be replaced by another Eastern Conference player? Anyway, tough luck for Rondo and Celtics. It's going to be harder for them to hang on to their playoff spot without their best player.

Today, history was almost made by the Rockets. They tied the NBA record with 23 three-pointers. I wanted them to get that 24th but things just weren't going their way lol. They killed GS today though, 140-109.

^ Understandably, the Warriors absolutely refused to help them break that record. They continuously made fouls during the last minute of the game simply to prevent the Rockest from making another three. The crowds certainly weren't pleased about it.

GSW be jelly. I don't think they realized that while in game. After the game, maybe they manage to release a sigh of relief while saying to themselves: "Haha, a defeat is enough. A defeat that made your opponent a Hall-of-Famer is too much."

February 17 is MJ50 day. The greatest ever turns 50. Sportscenter is having a week long celebration by "air"ing a special MJ segment each day, culminating on February 17 with Jordan's 50 top plays of his career.

I will be spamming this thread with MJ stuff... starting with a video displaying undisputeable proof that Jordan was/is the greatest post player at a guard or foward position. He was probably better than 90% of centers and power fowards as well.

One of my favorite plays @12:39... The defender might as well have retired after that game.
