Ok, here the Story.
AC2 has a nice DRM which doesnt allow u play it without Internet connection.
That means if ur connection is shitty or the server is down u cant play and the best u cant save ,soif u loose the connection to the server it means,after u played 2 hours and the server goes down u cant save and game itself shuts down after some minutes.

So thats the preloque.
Yet the funny part.
Yesterday was the server down, 95% of users couldnt play AC2 and SH5 all day.
Today were the Server down and the Server were hacked this resultet in that 50-95% of Accounts where deleted.
That means they couldnt play 2 whole days an "offline singleplayer game" and only to login to get the massage that their acc is deleted and the used serial (and 50$) is worth nothing.

This is pure win.

BTw ubisoft forums are down. Maybe they couldnt handle the storm of happy users^^

There's already a cracked version. How functional it is I don't know though

I'm surprised people actually buy this for the PC.

Ubisoft's DRM system is absolutely atrocious.

I sure hope those grabbing it for the PC are without a 360/PS3, because I can see no reason to drop $ on this version.

And like what many have said, I too, think that it's ridiculous. The way they are doing this is just making it worse for the people that ARE paying to play their games.

Ubisoft best tread lightly and think carefully on how they fix this problem. I could actually see a class action lawsuit coming out of this if Ubisoft doesn't find a way to quickly restore all those lost keys.

Though honestly I hope Ubisoft screws this up royally. Not because I want Ubisoft to fail as a company mind you, but because if Ubisoft's DRM fails hard, no other company will touch such an assanine DRM system again. Besides its a good thing for consumers when a company that crosses the line like Ubisoft has, gets smacked down for it.
