Silly question. This is like walking up to the class genius and asking if they knew what 80085 looks like on a calculator (Boobs). To answer your question: Yes I play WoW. I quit playing SC2 and started playing WoW again so I could play with my friends. Luckily all we ever do is arena so it's not such a life killer as most people would make it out to be.
In actuality playing WoW purely for PvP is a very manageable recreational activity. So it really helps to stomp out those stereotypes that say all WoW players are brainless bafoons. But of course if you're raiding 4 times a week, 4-6 hours a night- get a life, it's that bad for you.

A WoW addict friend of mine bought me the $5 digital copy (basic game only) a couple months ago. I played it for the free month it came with. Sometimes it was fun, sometimes it was tedious. Sometimes the storyline was great, sometimes it was lame. The positive things made the game slightly addictive, but the monthly fee was out of the question. Canceling my subscription was bittersweet in that regard.
Got a 14-day trial as a present some years ago during summer. About 7 days downloading updates. Rest 2 days spent on a human paladin. Got to level 17 (quest-gold-gear more quests more gold better gear). Got bored. Day no.10 didnt even login. That's my WoW experience.
