Mobile Suit Gundam AGE

Synopsis
It has been a few hundred years since humans began to live on space colonies. In A.G. 101, an unknown enemy (UE) "GAFRAN" suddenly attacks one of the colonies "Angel". A long war against UE has begun.

In A.G 108, seven year old Flit Asuno lost his mother when UE attacked his colony "Ovan". His mother left him a memory unit "AGE" which had stored data of an ancient mobile suit Gundam. In A.G. 114, Flit completes the Gundam AGE and counterattacks against GAFRANs.

No offense to the gundam fan's but this one seriously look's like a cartoon you would see broadcasted on a channel for toddler's, sponge bob square pant's has better art work then this, no joke.

I don't like the art style for AGE either but as long as everything else is good then I can look past it. This series probably has the worst art style out of all the Gundam series though.

Flit and his paranoid attitude & theories of alien attack just get him into trouble..
Seems like he was right int he end... & got a chance to pilot a Gundam.
His first fight in a Gundam.. first shock & confusion and then some nice action.
The kid has what it takes to stand up to those invading mechas.
Nice episode.

The first episode is pretty standard issue for a Gundam series. A boy with a tragic past engulfed in the flames of war builds a Gundam and is forced to pilot it when his new home is under siege.

Stabbed by a Light Saber. That oughta leave a dent.

The art style is devoid of dark shadows and detailed designs. I think its intentional because they want kids to watch it as well. Sadly though, the suits look like plastic models made by Mattel. Daigunder was much better.

It isn't bad but it isn't original either. Its good for tea-time.
