Chopper can use Haki ?

i went to utube to see my favorite strawhat fight ( Nico Robin), i scrolled down to take a quick peek at the comments for a moment and i read that a guy said that 6:01 u would see chopper us some kind of haki , and i was like : HELL YEAH! i would have figured it out by myself but i wasn't that far in the video. so do u guys think that Chopper can use haki? what are your theories on this situation? i think he can use it because there is no more reason for them to be paralyzed.

well... the reason why you see that lines and eyes is because he is angry. there is no haki involved.
