There are far less filler episodes than Naruto or Bleach. But unlike Naruto, the filler episodes are funny. Most filler stories last at most 5 episodes in succession, but there were a couple fillers arcs.

I believe the Ice Hunters was a filler arc, but that was pretty good, and mostly action.

So I'm thinking One Piece has another 300 episodes in it without getting crappy. I would love for it to go on forever, but that is obviously not possible.
