Remember Luffy and Magallen are in a different league, so Bon Clay and the rest would just hinder Luffy, but it was messed for them to abandon Luffy.

Ya true they couldn't help him anyway. but atleast bon clay was sorry about leaving him. buggy and mr.3 were just thinking of their own skins i hated that. they should have been tortured at level 5. the only one who can help Luffy fight magellan is hancock cause of her devil fruit power.

It's not like no-one can beat him, it's just a matter of making that sacrifice, lose a few limbs or your life. Which would you choose? While Mallegan's power is frightening, he doesn't seem all that powerful physically, after all Luffys Jet Bazooka sent him to his knees.

That is when the admirals will come into play probably. marines are pretty strong too.

And yeah luffy is gonna be sorry he decided to fight magellan cause poison dont cause immediate damage, it is slow and lengthy damage, he shall feel its effects later.

Thats there poison is always dangerous but don't forget if there is poison there must be an antidote for it too. And luffy isn't one of those guys who dies easily. He is a caption of zoro and son dragon thats scary by itself. Lets wait and see how poison is encoutered. Seems interesting.

its a prison with all lines of weird devil fruit users. Maybe all ran off. But that happened from the beingog itself isn't it.? That buggy and mr 3 wanted to get out. Now look where they have landed in. Also they are the one who told the swan guy(if he is one) or mr 2 if i am not mistaken the location of luffy. Anything is possible. Luffy's crew have the vivere card, hope they reach soon. Its too exciting to even think of the different possibility. Anything can happen.
