    Right after I eat a burger or something I go to youtube and look at that video showing how slowly all these fast foods decay. Great motivation to stay away if you ask me! XD

    Oh, and its always hot here in Florida.... always ._.

    its going quite well, I am currently at 179 lbs.. which is good since my goal is to be lean for the summer... LOL, Dieting is hard and yes burger king is good but so BAD is correct LOL.. I have to cheat once in a while too... that is good you are meeting your goals.. nothing better than attaining what you want.. same ol same ol here.. work, gym, home and sleep.. Im waiting for hotter weather... boat season is getting so close.. its killin me... LOL.. keep up the good work Dark.

    Oh hey lol. Yeah both are going good. Ive started to see some muscle tone in my arms and legs. I haven't been working out as much as I would want though, for various reasons which include work and all that good stuff. I usually work out over the weekend which is when I have the most free time. This is good for me because I don't really wanna develop too much muscle. I just want to get toned and get some muscle in my arms and legs. Regarding the diet, its going great. Been eating lots of fruits and nuts. I cave now and then and eat a burger though lol. Burger King y u so bad yet good щ(゚Д゚щ)

    So hows it going for you?

    Both are going good

    Ive lost 5 pounds which I consider an achievement. Ive built a bit of muscle and toned my stomach a bit. Been avoiding junk food like the plague, though now and then I can't help but to sucumb to temptation lol.

    Sam's club eh, there's one near me I believe. Ok, ill check it out over the weekend, thanks for the advice

    protein shakes are awesome.. you can either buy the powder or pre made ones. depending on where you live and what you access too. I get my protein powder at Sam's club. 5lb bag of muscletech chocolate for 32.86 and I also buy premade shakes which are about 12 pack for 17.99 they are both good and have a lot protein.

    Mmmm tips on lean.. well make sure you take at least 1.5 times your body weight in protein a day. Eat clean. Ie chicken, fish steak fruit brown rice etc, etc. Also lift at least 15 reps per set and carido. Before you know it you will be ripped. Good luck in your class..
