Hi!, Sometimes it is hard to find your way or feel comfortable with our path in life... Find what makes you happy... it may take some time but its worth it... just be patient, it will come.. I am sorry for your headache... Where is it?: front, side, back, inside, back of eye, top of head? How long have you had them?, to they happen at a specific time of month? Sometimes headaches are hormonal related to your menstral cycle or by something you are eating. These are foods to avoid when you have a constant headache are: coffee, chocolate, soda, dairy(milk, cheese, sour cream, any dairy), sugar, fried-foods, white flour, pizza, fatty foods, cookies , all fast foods, processed foods (a lot of additives: dyes, chemicals), Fruit juices (too much sugar!, just eat the fruit) or any non-food item (not living). All of these foods have calories but very little to no enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc. Plus, its very hard to digest those foods. Foods to eat are: Root veggies (steamed)(sweet potatoes, Dikon Radish, Tiger lilly buds,Taro, Red potatoes, etc), Broccoli, Eggplant, Carrots, Celery, Bak Choi,Sea weed, Pumkin, guava ,any vegetable. Carbohydrates: Rice, Brown or Wild, quinoa, oats, Barley. Protein: Seafood, Learn Beef or pork, Chicken, (Organic feed animals and anti-biotic free would be best). Fruits: Dragon Fruit,Orange, Grapefruit, Pears,Apples, Goji Berries, Longan Fruit, any fruit. By providing the body with nutrients, minerals and enzymes it has the tools to heal and fix the problem.. but if it gets worse and other things happen: numbness, tingling in fingers, black outs, etc. It would be best to seek immediate medical attention.. It will take about a week or more of avoiding those foods, or it may happen quicker... Everyone is different. Plus, it should make you feel better too! Hope this helps! Its so fun to eat different things! have fun with this! take care!
