    I'm recovering from the first cold of 2011 but all is well on my end. Hope its not too late to wish you a happy new year seeing as Chinese New Year hasn't gone by yet.

    Happy new year, Doctor Wux!! I put on 3.5 kngs since we last spoke on a healthy mostly vegan diet while i was home for the holidays.

    Been sticking to the carbs, i don 't feel heavier yet but I don't feel sick as I eat so that's a good sign.
    My diet is now mostly whole grain,rice,veggies, tofu,beans, fish, nuts (yeah I'm doing stuff Orihime style), I had my first manjuu which was yummy so i had two more,ramen.I will let you know the weight progress in a week. We are at 46 kgs at the moment.

    Hi again! I would say its a bad thing only if it is causing you health problems or symptoms. I do agree with ya, EAT MORE CARBS! lol To gain more, its Thermodynamic: consume more than you burn off in a day. Then the sum of the week will have a total of gaining more than loosing. Complex Carbs are the best choice first: Whole grains, Wild Rice, Brown Rice,Quinua, Barley, Oats, Starchy Veggies: Sweet Potatoes, White Potatoes. Also any Bean contains both proteins and carbs = Awesome!The good news is you cat eat what you want of those and then when your at you desired look, just cut back a little. Honestly, its more of a self study when it comes to this. Its kinda fun too! It will take one year at you new weight to stay that way. Our bodies in general, tend to stay or want to stay somewhat stable that way. It will take some time but this way you can try new foods! Just watch out for the hidden calories (greasy,fried,etc) and junk foods, creating a habit of this will give you the weight gain but the pay off is bad health, in general. They contain high calories but low nutrition standards (minerals, vitamins and most important, living enzymes) Just look at us Americans and it proves this,lol. This sounds fun to me! Have fun and enjoy eating more!
