Well to be honest its quite relative but their is or can be a long list of factors and things that can make it worse. So here we go: Could be vitamin B2 or in general a B vitamin defficiency. Also, could be related to diet: alot of spicy, greasy foods over and over. Generally cracks on mouth and lips are a direct relation to digestion or lack of, coupled with nutrient defficiencies as well. You would have to be very very defficient to get cracks from a vitamin def. So blame the diet and your DNA responding to it. Topicals usually never work long term(lip balm, etc), so a helpful hint is to avoid spicy, greasy, hard to digest food. Eat foods that are green, naturally, lol. Promoting digestion and high yeild nutrients is the key and only green things can do this. The plant has taken sun and dirt and made us food. so it makes sense to eat this. try it out. you will see a difference within 6 months to a year. the key is 70% vegetables that are green everyday, its a goal if you can. Supplementing usually works short term(taking a vitamin that is fake)

i do think the food she eat is lack of nutrition as she stated about the fastfood she ate

what i mean "she" is one of AT member i just curious how come she got no problem with lungs but coughing a lot for the last year

even though she said the school environtment is dusty and smelly,
i do believe foods nutrition also take part in this complication

i wonder if this conversation is something a doctor in check up would think? O.o
    thanks doc

oxygen dependence is a multi-step process and thus its complexity. From organs to tissues to cells all need to function and respond accordingly. I couldnt say 100% that she/he does not have a heart issue but I know her immune system is not functioning optimally nor are the raw materials(whole foods) provided to support the heart, lungs, brain, etc. There are many things that cause coughing long term. Get a check up, avoid crappy food that can contribute to the problem, she/he may need to seek other medicines to manage symptoms and get a second option. Personally convention medicine does not check for optimal health but checks for disease or late stage disease. Prevention is the best here, this person is on the wrong path. The body is showing discrepancies, thus the disease process is setting in. Fortunately, at this point it can be reversed or managed by my above statement. if this person waits then a life of medications, illness and quality of life is poor or will be. good luck!

so in this case, heart beat also have issues related with oxygenated blood which supply oxygen through the body?

is it possible to happen on 14 - 16 years old children?

lets say the symptoms somewhat like this :

    - the kid have been coughing a lot for the last year
    - he/she feels so tired even when running just for a while
    - he/she said that she/he got issues on her/his working environtment that is dusty and smelly
    - when done an x ray check up on the lungs, he/she got no problem on the lung
    - he/she eats McD almost everyday
    - because the short stamina, he/she nvr exercise
    - she/he got problem with daily meals, as not feel like eating on morning or night

so my point is, is there a possibilities that this person got a mild stage of heart problem?

cause my assumption is, if many organs doesnt get enough supply of oxygenated blood, the person him/herself will have short stamina and the lung automatically demand more oxygen by heavy breath, gasping and lastly coughing when feel tired.

or the possibilities on other problem is still wide? like problem in not enough oxygenated blood through the lung or is it just a normal poor nutrition?
but then i thought the coughing and short stamina got a relation

    thanks doc

Hi! so heart problems are a serious issues since the organ itself is compromised. Mostly the serious congenital heart problems(born with it) manifest early in life and either promptly diagnosed(child is blue, gasping for breath, etc) or takes the life of the child aka death. People live with Heart abnormalities all the time, but they are not severe. Irregular heart beats, floppy valves(mainly mitral) Palpitations(feel the heart beat regularly), things of this nature are the more less serious. But on a side note:Heart disease is long-term inflammation of the heart tissues and arteries that supply the organ itself. AKA shitty diet, no exercise, eating toxic processed foods void of nutrients over and over, drugs, medications, smoking, drinking, etc. Even the heart has is own arteries and veins and depends on its beating to supply itself. no beat=dead meat. Most health issues are relative, meaning specific to that individual and require a tailored treatment for that person only. Our DNA/Genes play a role as well. Some people can eat and drink crap and never get heart disease. That is about .05% though. So treating disease with one pill never works long-term, which is what matters to me is to live long. Sometime surgery is needed to fix the issue. Again, i deem surgery for pictures like the manga link you sent, something really serious and imminent death if not done. I hope this helps. So to sum this up, there are ranges of problems the heart can have from mild to severe.

Hi again!, I would say due to the fact that the progenitor cells or precursor cells have fully matured into cells that mostly maintain the structure. Which means, it can replace lost cells but not "regrow new ones". so when you loose that design you lose that structure as well. Certain cells maintain cortex structure, certain cells maintain nervous structures (which is the most important). Most nerves have the ability to regrow but needs to have the myelin sheath or cover(tube) as a guide for the new nerve. So for the most part, you loose the design of the build and cannot build it. Thats why if you save your tooth in can be "re-attached" because the cells are still intact and can just repair it, so to say.. there are many studies going on with stem-cell research to "regrow" parts since after growth those cells disappear. Sorry for the bad news but at this time it is not possible to regrow teeth that have lost its design/cells. Maybe in 50 years or so.. Who knows, right! lol Take care, and hope this helps.
