Thanks for sharing with me, Mr. Wu. That's some pretty useful info. ^_^

Sup, Our speaker Dr. Mark Houston (Vanderbilt School) was informing us of longevity with low caloric diet.. and how Reseveratrol's mimic that by increasing the activity of SIRT 1, which slows aging in animal studies and deacetylates enzymes that stimulate caloric restriction and longevity in animal studies... its up to 66% Slowing.... but you have to get a good source of it... Houston works with a company I use which is Biotics Research Corporation... There up there in the top of the companies to trust in supplements... I use a product called VaculoSirt...... It has a combination of just about everything for the vascular system... Cause there is no "magic bullet" in health... This is my take: I believe that research in our future will show this.... the research that uses one modality will rule out biases but the outcome will show a decrease in efficacy due to a one modality "bullet", From my experience and others is that only multi-modalities of things can the body utilize it better... just a thought to put on the back burner.....Take care! Kuro!!!!!

Oh, I see. So, what do you get from there? Mind sharing it with me?
