I dont know how to check the divx version but one 0f its component programs calls Convertor seems 2 indicate version 7 in the read me file. Anyway I just notticed that short clips do play, its just the long movies or stuffs like Stargate (40 min) that do not play. Its alright - I can't even remember what movie I wanted to watch there anyway lol. I can't b bothered but thanks for ur help:-)

Can't really tell you why veehd isn't working it does fine by me. Have you installed the latest DivX version because that could be it. Almost everyone on the site tells you to run DivX version 7, anything higher might be causing the problem. Anytime it asks to update I decline for that reason. If that's not the case I don't know what to tell you, sorry.

I saw your post about other sites besides veoh and I've been hooked on this one lately: www.veehd.com There isn't much anime at the moment but it uses divx media player and it can be set to download the files. Only problem is you have to wait for the vid to buffer 100% it's a good site though, lots of movies, you should check it out. There's a place in the forum that tells how downloading works if you don't know how.
