It always starts with one... then once you see that a couple hundred people have viewed your review and you read the handful of comments, it'll motivate you to pump out more reviews.

And write reviews on any anime. Don't worry if it's on the list already.

I slapped your review in to the list. Good review, nice setup. My only suggestion is to put the "plot" and other labels after the pictures. Just a suggestion though. There's no rules or set format for reviews so do them however you want.

Honestly I think you should work a feel for kanji first. Seeing Kyou and Ima in there is quite a good sign, but then tossing Ore in there is simply like WOAH. Try to start with simple kanji first and then slowly work into the larger kanji.

The weekdays: 月、火、水、木、金、土、日　＋　曜日　
Learning the basic Watashi is also not a bad idea: 私
As you start seeing bigger kanji, you'll start to notice that big kanji is FORMED by smaller kanji. Example: 働、動、重. Look at the three Kanji I wrote, notice how as I start taking parts off of the first kanji, they are still kanji?? The first one is in hataraikimasu [to work], second one is ugokimasu [to move] and the third is in omoi [heavy].

Hai~ I've been taking Japanese for quite a while now and it might be arrogant of me to say so, but in terms of speaking the language, I did PRETTY well when I was in Tokyo [last summer ... err 3 months ago]. Concerning the Kanji use in signs ... It's not like the Kanji used for the signs were ever that hard ... for example the kanji for to in tomare [stop] has a mere 4 strokes and the other 2 characters are just ma and re in hiragana.

I just finished reading BLAME... I give it a score 3/6 at max. It was fairly exciting but hard to understand, art wasn't all that good and the good story was rather non-existent. The worst thing about it was that it was way too shallow. Either than that it was a fun read, but nothing more.

Believe it or not but there's actually cons every year over here with cos-playing and everything^^. I've yet to be there though even though I'm probably one of the countries most hardcore anime/manga fans

Lately, the last 3-4 years, right after I started being into it, anime has become known to everyone below the age of 30. Trust me you won't find a soul between the age of 13 - 30 that doesn't know what it is. It's a weird thing really though 'cause there's no anime on TV or anything... We don't even have the 3 standards (Naruto, Bleach and One Piece) here

If I'm gonna think about what caused all of this, my guess is that it's due to the immense success of the (crappy) shows Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblade and Duel Masters.

If stuff continues like this, after all no one knew what anime was over here 5 years ago, then in about 10 years we'll be producing our own animes. Of course the culture here is very different so it'd definitely be less erotic and less overly epic and fantasyish, but then again that might be for the better^^.
