Well that's about it KnK, Tsukihime, F/SN yup other than that we got the visual novels and Melty Blood the 2D fighter so that's basically it. Btw, the Visual novels are way better than the anime counterparts so If you have the chance do try them out.
BUT! *drum roll* the latest TM work is CANNAN anime which will air later on this year so expect major awesome from it.

Well...lets see another Type-Moon anime would be Fate/Stay Night (Its the reason, TM got famous btw) so its a definite must watch.
My sig isn't actually from an anime it's from Touhou it's a game/ music company. So far an OVA from a different company did 1 episode no word yet on the second episode though.

it's from Azumanga Daioh, genre is comedy, slice of life. Has 26 episodes.. honestly, I haven't watched it yet but I'm planning to after Toradora is over..
