it's true. for instance, I liked this shoujo anime and comparing to the manga, it was totally something else and totally fun! man!!! I can't remember the name of that one!!!! >.<

yea, i hate when animes overuse stuff and it just gets repetative

yup.
some anime make their own plot while trying to follow the original, thus things become messed up. though some manage to intergrate a totally new plot while keeping the original idea. that's actually rather good to do so since it's fun to see some originality. ^^
