Right now I'm pretty into gintama, I like how it rarely has any point or plot or anything.
But you can't go wrong with excel saga that used to really make me laugh, oh and magic users club was pretty good. I'm sure theirs loads I've forgotten. are you watching any current series?
oh and nagasarete airantou is good, even though I try to avoid ecchi...

i watched Lovely complex and FMP:fumoffu and desert punk and some comedy/ecchi series that i like so much,like tonagura and nagasarete airantou! and more series....
but i really laughed with One Piece!!
