Lightning kicks ass, that's for sure. Wait until you meet Vanille... you'll want to marry her depending on how irritating you find her voice.

I really like all the characters now, 9 hours in... I'm even starting to warm up to the whiney kid, Hope, who's like a young version of Tidus from FFX. Sazh became instantly cool after seeing his pet baby chocobo that lives in his afro, and at first I didn't like Snow, but after a flashback scene of him and his fiancee I'm looking foward to learning more. And thus the greatness of the FF games is revealed... you get an emotional attatchment to the characters, which makes you truly care about what's happening in the story.

FF13 blows my fucking mind. I played it for over 5 hours last night. It'll blow your face right off your skull.

Chances are, once you get your hands a little dirty after a few hours in, you'll want to join the FF club... which there, I'm the equivalent of a level 99 swordsman/summoner equipped with full Genji armor, shield, helmet, gauntlets, and the ribbon accessory. You can be my underling.

Haha, my friend always goes on about it, and the graphics look simply incredible, I cant wait to give it a try. I will be getting it on the 11th I think, rather than the 9th which is the release day, that way I can go with a friend rather than having to go on my own

Nope. I always feel great pain when I see "to be continued" so I have to horde a bunch of episodes and watch it in chunks.

So I've been lurking in another site that's all about Bleach, and they have a lot of captain vs captain polls and other matchups... I honestly can't believe the idiocy and ignorance of a lot of people. One matchup that's blowing my mind is Komamura vs Chad. Yes, Chad. There is a "condition" to the fight (which is stupidity itself) and that's Koma can't use bankai. Big deal. There's actually almost 40% of the poll that says Chad would win. I put my 2 cents in, attempting to use logic to explain why Chad has no chance. Koma is a captain... and he became a captain by meeting all the qualifications to become one, qualifications that few people in existance can achieve, and has probably 50 years more fighting experience. Chad sparred with Renji... and is human.

Of course, those points were discredited immediately ("Koma had to use bankai to beat a fraccion, Chad beat a former espada, and blah blah blah....") by the few people that live in the thread that constantly defend Chad. It's ridiculous, and like the freak show at a circus.

Yeah, as fillers go it was top notch. Just a shame they had to tarnish it by dragging it out after 255 also, you're seriously not gonna watch it weekly when the real story starts back up?
