So in other words what bugs you and makes you say that my text ruins the sig, is because it looks too simple compared to the rest? O_O

So according to you this would be better or worse?

While its appropriate, it isn't aesthetically pleasing. I just dislike how it looks along with the rest of it. To me it looks out of place. Maybe if you made the text clear but with a metallic outlining that would probably have looked better. So yeah I just felt you could have tried harder on making the text look nicer.

You said my text on this sig ruins the sig, could you tell me why and/or how it is ruining it?


I put it to the left so it wouldn't cover my render in any way. I also put it there to fill the empty space. So it can't be the position of my text, because it made my sig look better.
I took red as the color because the other colors looked worse and because it was next to a red flag. I also made the red color darker so the attention goes to the flag and actually the entire render.
I've got more then 600 fonts on my pc and I picked that one.
Also even if it seems as a 'normal' font that doesn't mean it ruins the sig!! Sometimes a simple Arial or Verdana font can look better then those special fonts.
Making the text transparent would've made it worse, also "more stiff" text suits war stuff.
I know how to blend stuff, go look at my other sigs.

Blending = To create a harmonious effect or result.

I've mentioned the blending, the font, the color and the position of the text. The only thing left is the text itself, but "war" is for the theme and "Duratrix" is to put my name on it. That can't ruin it cuz it's a war theme and the render contains war weapons.

Now I think I've mentioned everything and I found nothing of my text that ruins the sig, so please tell me what I'm overlooking that ruins my sig...
