yes, thats my intention to design a wireless ebook reader that can read toon of books from 1 server. for that i must assure the security or the publisher wouldnt be so happy...

in CS2 i only know blending options, a various strange brush shape, and tools that sometimes works fine with me like smudge, magic wand,.... oh, and a very little i know about layers (only know i can cover other stuffs with plaing a layer on the top vice versa

No, there is no authority needed from the ISP.
Sure, you can do it. But that would mean you can only log in from one location and it needs to be a static IP address.

And you can do a lot with photoshop. I wouldn't know where to start. xD

wow good, then is this ip banning require an authority from ISP?

i thought somethin for a web security so a username in a website can only be logged by this one ip address, not by another one
