I can draw sceneries and buildings. Drawing people has never been my strong suit though lol

Regarding you and your sisters accounts, your not banned. I only checked your account but I'm sure the same goes for your sister. If you really were banned at some point it was probably because someone found out about the advertising you guys were doing back then lol

Getting it on the back, depending on where you get it, is gonna sting a bit. The lower you go on the back, the more painful it's gonna be. I think yours would look really cool in between or across your shoulder blades.
Ummm...I'm not really sure. Janey and I stopped coming here daily about a year or two ago and when we came back a few weeks ago, we were banned. I'm not sure why cause I don't think we did anything wrong. I guess it's not that big of a deal because we're back on here and they haven't banned us again for making another account, so I won't go bugging anyone about it. TP was actually made for the GCN but was also released for the Wii. If you still have your GCN you can get that version. And the tattoo will be black lol
Ive heard others say how much colored tattoos hurt so there's no way in hell I'm getting anything other than black. Besides my skin tone is brown so it wouldn't pop out

I'm not sure if you have any tattoos before this one, but if you're going to get it in yellow, it's going to hurt like A LOT more than a normal tattoo. I don't remember why, but I think it has something to do with the needle. But depending on your skin tone, they may not have to go over it so many times for the yellow to show up.
Also, this may sound like a really creeper question to ask, but where in Florida do you live? My family was going to move down there a few years back to Jacksonville because of a job offer my dad got. (You totally don't have to answer that. That sounds really creeper-like) xD
