Nice... I'm not so sure about the dialects that may or may not belong to either, but my mother is Vasayan, and my father is Elekano...

It may have been due to THAT that my parents didn't really try to teach us any of the dialects. But I was told by my mother that it was their intention to raise us as American children...

Oh well... at least I still have good ties with my clan

lol! well, my dialect is kapampangan and hisband is tagalog... Kids get confused with the 2!

Well... I wish I was more like my friend Sumit and his sisters...

Because both him and his sisters are so fluent in Nepali and English, that they'll basically mix-up both of the languages whenever they're talking to each other.

Yeah, I know... I usually don't truly understand what someone is saying to me at all when they talk to me in Tagalog, but I guess after being with it for so long, I get the jist of what they're trying to say to me most of the time.

lol! you should learn tagalog! similar to japanese anyway...
