ouch is it temporary or permanent?there should be other isps out there if it comes to that.

My ISP has got me limited at 30k download speed. Just barley enough to chat or eMail. It takes hours to download a video. and I can't do anything else on the net while I am. It takes about an hour for every 100MB. Thats why I haven't much time to talk.
