Yeah, only the first half are in ogm and the rest are mkv, even has a slightly higher resolution too. I provided a lot of information in that thread, including the situation with the filler arc, and listed which eps are ogm/mkv. You should definately check it out because it's a great series (except the filler arc) with great animation (again, except the filler arc) especially considering it came out in 1990. Plus, you love oldschool anime.
