I have watched Training with Hinako already and yeh it will make you run to take a shower..lol..Some one posted on that one that it will make you work out the wrong kind of muscle..lmao..I probably will watch the second one soon though just out of curiosity ^_^

What killed me about it is that I stumbled upon another video called "Training With Hinako" which was the forerunner to "Sleeping". It was basically exercise ecchi but apparently there actually is a bit of a storyline to these DVDs. If you haven't watched either I suggest doing so for the novelty factor, just make sure you take a shower after because you're gonna feel dirty, the bad kinda dirty. lol
