Hahahahaha lol i guess the 10 minutes don`t matter so much Can you imagine my friend from Tokyo sleep 3-4 hours a day and he works almost whole day o.0 I could never do that..i`d be dead after just a month T_T

Its good for whole body,normal and necesary sleep is from 6-8 hours everyday^^

lol I don`t sleep over day too,it happened just once when i was really sick and medicine made me sleep whole day But to be honest i like to sleep alot...but i can`t because of job T_T
