Fines you for talking , now that sounds like a load of bullshit .Something like that wouldn't happen in this country .How much do they fine you then if you are caught then.And you can always get insured on your dads car since there so expensive .Its the same here as well for buying cars ,at least when you are a rich doctor you can get a nice Mercedes or something fancy .

Well its cool you're dad lets you use the car, hopefully you will get you're license soon then you can drive it legally and maybe get a car of your own .And your mates might just be winding you up but who knows ,you have more important things like passing the course to worry about
