We don't really use infractions, but it is there nevertheless.

Infractions are there when someone breaks the forum rules... He'll get points accordingly, ....

Merging = joining threads or posts, then you merge one post or thread to the other.
While merging threads, there will be an option to which one should be merged, select the correct one. xD
You can then also move it to another section.
