I had such a hard time deciding on my class between infiltrator and soldier because of the reasons you mentioned for the soldier. I'm still really early in the game. I only played for a couple hours and a lot of that was spent idle during the screen to pick your class while I was researching them online. I might restart the game and be a soldier because so far to me it feels like a FPS rather than something like MGS.

And I finished the Arabasta arc in OP. It was up and down for me. At times I didn't care for it and at times it was great. I absolutely loved the way it ended though with everyone sailing off with their arms in the air. I'm taking a break now to watch some other series since I watched OP and nothing else for 130+ episodes.

Just started Mass Effect 2. It took me an eternity to decide which class to be... I ended up picking Infiltrater because of my stealth roots in MGS and for the fact that I always love being a sniper.

I'll have to hear the current music in OP to verify if it's even in the same neighborhood as Bleach's. The ost's for bleach are some of my favorites... ever. Hearing certain tracks gets me every time. When I heard "on the precipice of defeat" during the current episode it was like being stabbed in the face with absolute beauty. As for the animation I'm sure it's quite good now in op. Back in the early days in bleach the animation at times was lacking too.

I'm at the arabasta arc already. Even though the action/adventure genre gets mixed together, I compare bleach and one piece as bleach being an action series and op being adventure; or I look at it like bleach is a great fighting game and op is a great rpg. By the time I catch up in op I don't doubt I'll like it more than bleach... especially considering rpgs are my favorite genre of games. Though there are certain aspects of bleach that I don't think op can top, mainly the captains and the soundtrack. So far it's like the #'s under Crocodile are like the captains from the soul society arc... and there's just some kind of aura and mystic surrounding the captains that I don't feel from the #'s. . And of course the music. The soundtrack in op is good, but bleach's is just simply amazing. The music is half the reason certain scenes have the emotional impact.

And zakness was telling me about hancock too. She must be some hot stuff because it seemed like zak likes her more than nami, and you do too. I'll just have to wait and see. For now, nami gives me a fever.

I really don't doubt that op will be better than bleach. I just have a lot more time invested in it so for now I'd say I still like bleach more. What hurts bleach is all the fucking pathetic filler. I think the outlook would be much better overall if a person were to watch it and skip all the crap filler. It's nice that there's barely any filler in op... though I could handle a small filler arc featuring nami stranded on a deserted island.

I've always been curious about OP. I mean, it's as huge today among guys as Sailor Moon was in the early 90's among girls. This review convinced me to check out a few episodes http://www.themanime.org/viewreview.php?id=1197

I'm a huge fan of bleach so it shouldn't be that shocking that I'd start watching OP. And actually, I think you need to start watching bleach. If you make it to the 20's you'll be hooked the same way I was with OP.

I started watching one piece a couple weeks ago in spite of swearing I'd never watch it because there were too many episodes out. I'm addicted.
