Lolz, not just that, but you know how the Treadmills can kinda fold to save space, I'll placed it in a spot that I can't unfold it even if I wanted to, so it's a kinda double defence. Lolz, if I want to use it, I have to move the bloody heavy treadmill to a suitable place, so even if I think, hmmm maybe I should jog a bit today, nah, gotta move the bloody thing.
Lolz, I hang clothing off my treadmill. One unit I would consider getting is those bar units, where you can do pull ups and such. I haven't swam in years, lolz, prob don't know how anymore.....
Lolz, that actually works, but you need to buy a machine first. I personally would have spent that 1k on something else. Lolz, but that's just me. Going for a 20min jog everyday is meant to be the solution, sit ups, crunches, none of that shit works, don't believe it. Running is the easiest way to burn energy as it uses your whole body. I just don't liek sweating, lolz.
Lolz, not really. But I tend to sit infront of my computer all day. I just wanna avoid being fat, so if I go out, I eat more, if I stay home, I try to stop myself from munching continuously.
