Default Manga Reading Program - 08-09-2010, 05:23 PM

Hey ppl, I'm sure most of you guys read manga using a program like CDisplay or CDisplayEX or ComicRack... Or some even prefer Windows Photo Viewer....

Now here's my small problem I love perfect program *Which apparently doesn't exist yet*....

I've been using CDisplay v1.8.5 for as long as I've remembered
but I've always loved everything of it except the scrolling
*because it ain't smooth* and the fact that if you play huge files like a whole volume it would start lagging...

Then, I tried to use CDisplayEX, it overcame the two problems I had with CDisplay but it came with new problems... I don't like that whenever I try to change chapters it sometimes would say it fails to find it...

Then , I tried ComicRack... *Oh man... I sure do have lots of time to do all this...* ComicRack is ok... But I still prefer smaller and simpler programs like CDisplay

So now, my question is what do you all use to read besides these programs? I'm so sorry for being so petty about it... But pls bare with me I just wanna get a good program to read .

Or probably you guys can come up with solutions to help my CDisplay to have Smooth Scrolling and wouldn't lag when it reads huge file manga....
Thanks a lot!

I don't really read manga.

But I've read like 'one' manga and I used windows-viewer for it. Yeah the one that gets installed together with windows... lol

It worked perfectly. xD

I either read the book version or I use something called Manga Meeya, you can scroll zoom in and it even bookmarks the last chapter you were reading, i likes it mucho.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] <3.

It saves your previously read mangas, next page by clicking, loads everything before letting you read so that it's lagless, next chapter is just 2 - 3 clicks away, zoom in by scrolling, able to snip a part of the manga and best of all, it's small. :3

Woh~!!!!!! MMCE is awesome man!!! It's almost like CDisplay... But I got one last question left how do I customize the Hotkey?

Each time i try to modify the hotkey like Exit to Esc it reverts back to nothing or 'B' e.g:

I'm using the MMCE 2.4 Beta
and yeah I clicked modify and typed in my hotkey but didn't work am i doing something work here?

Irfan View is perfect, if you are smart enough to configure it .. and maybe use some short-keys.
