its pretty standard for that whole surprise reactions (regarding strength etc) in anime/manga,, but i think theyre overdoing it..

just trying to "wow" u into forgetting that nothing is progressing

Errmmm isn't tht what all manga does but what distinguish the best writer from the worst is the one whose skillfull enough to entertain you enough until things gets rocking

i would say the best are able to sneak in these filler pages while keeping the flow going.

but its just so obvious with breaker, i really do think that the manga's just hanging in there cause of jinni fanservice
