I'm surprised Luffy's gear second didn't effect smoker. I mean it's got some haki inbuded in it, and it damages other df users.

this one is i think a completed pafista...which ate a devil fruit ....thats why it listens to the World Govt...
thats why i never understood...why a guy who was a tyrant listens to the govt and does their bidding..
