Seikon no Qwaser by Satou Kenetsu, drawn by Yoshino Hiroyuki.

Synopsis:The St. Mikhailov Academy student Oribe Mafuyu comes across a mysterious silver haired boy. He is called Sasha, a Qwaser, a being that draws power from Soma and is able to manipulate a specific element. And now, in the 21st century, the mystery revolving around an Icon turns the academy into the battlegrounds for the fight between the Qwaser!

Review: Well, so far so good. It's a blend between the typical Vatican archetype genre and alchemy. Just to clear up some vocab, Soma refers to a virgin's tit milk. Seeing as Sasha, as a Qwaser, draws power from Soma, well, you'll be able to see a lot of tit action. Lul. Anyways, it's a generally new concept for a power, and it's pretty damn awesome.

ive had my eye on this for a while but it hasnt been updated in ages until recently... i thought lionel dropped it but i guess they came back. either way still gonna wait till more gets translated before i add *another* on-going manga to my list :/
