Zetman by Katsura Masakazu, same mangaka for I"S and all that good stuff.

Synopsis: Jin, a mysterious homeless boy with amazing strength living with his grandfather takes a turn for the worst; Players, mutant remnants of an underground fighting arena where rich pigs gambled, attacked the homeless encampment and killed his friends and his grandfather. Sometime later, again he runs into another player, causing him to transform to what he was made to be; a player-killer.

I love this series. Good fights, the hero is realistic about things and fights straightforwardly, and great art. Also some ecchi and gore.
