they hate both sides, and are thankful at both sides

they have no reason whatsoever to interfere in the fight
kisuke and isshin are more likely to jump in, then the vizards

My Theory : The Captians defeat the Espada one by one and then just when they think its over Aizen reveals that this was all caused by his hypnosis. Then after some shit happens and the captains are moments from defeated the vizards jump in :| i duno cause i don't see how Hitsugaya can defeat Halibel(Harribel)with one hit even tho its a new "Powerful" move.

Well the vizards have always said they want revenge on aizen for causing them all the problems. I'm sure they'll get involved at some point.

but after shinji tells the story how they became vizards, he says that he's thankful to aizen for making them what they are
and they are thankful to gotei 13 for their training and sh*t like that

Nah, you've got valid points. It's just I don't think the manga artist would have made all the effort to introduce the characters in detail to not invole them any more.
