Can`t get the episodes to work use Freemake video converter and change them from MKV to AVI using 720p on the converter give this a try.

If you can't play 10 bit ... you need a new processor... motherboard... and ram... that's what I did and it was a little under 200 dollars... but if you think about all the work the encoders do and anime we are getting from them.... that should not be a problem for anyone... cause if it is... you should just go out and buy the damn Blu-Rays yourself
