Hello guys!

I started using this site after searching for anime downloads from google for megaupload and i realized what a great site this is.

Now I have finally registered to the forums

I am 22 year old

, student of a Med College, relieving his stresses by prescribing to the world of anime.

I watch a lot of anime, I have watched many since 2005 plus some older ones which were famous except i havn't touched some lke Cowboy B., Gundam.. etc.

Some of my all time favorites, (GULP thinking for 5 minutes, still can't be sure) Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) TV show + OVAs, GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka(this is seriously awesomeness) , Bleach (till ep 60s, then it went down from there), Naruto (though its long, i still liked it, but i can't watch it in english, which btb i nvr do, b/c the voice of Naruto was WAY TOO ANNOOOYYIINNGG!), School Rumble (except for the unfinished 3rd Season, and the annoying "ending"), Full Metal Panic.

Other than the favorites, there are a lot of others that i like a lot, like Code Geass, Midori no Hibi, DBZ, etc, etc, etc AKA, Hundreds and hundreds

That being said i guess i will talk about genres, For me i tried as many genres as possible, in the end i can like animes from all genres as long as i like the Character relationship, like for example a duo guy and girl romance like in Nodame Cantabile, etc.

Still i started out with DBZ, Kenshin, Naruto, Bleach, so im definitely into Action, Swordplay, Adventure, Romance, school(?) Then depending on the mood i'll take anything from heavy drama to slice of life light comedy. I don't really like "ecchi" b/c i feel it is mostly used inappropriately, i rather it be used at key comedic scenes so atleast it would be contributing to comedy.

In the end, as i said before, what makes it or breaks it for me are the characters themselves so, for me i guess genres play a minor role.

I talked long enough about that hehe, hmm what else?

Oh yeah, location, well... I am an Indian, who live(d/s) in USA but currently studing in india

Hope it wasn't too long, my intro that is, it turned out to be half an anime review lol)

Anyways THX for the great site, i love it, and will continue to use it.

Hey, 2005. That's pretty close to when I started watching anime on the computer (2006.)
Hopefully being part of the community and posting around will release some of your stress. I've heard studying Medicine is pretty time consuming. x_o
