The Emperor treats all beings with equal respect and does not claim to be higher or lower than any beings - except those in his Imperial system.

Also The Imperial Empire was merely only to be used as an background into the being that is The Emperor. He does not attempt to use such avenues as advertising and will refrain from doing anything like this in future.

P.S. The Emperoror (yes Kuro I see it!) has noticed the many welcomes and is genuinely pleased.

And The Emperor is never psychotic - only in Checkers!
